What we respond to

  • Corrections. If you spot an error in any article (wrong fee, outdated date, misstated cut-off), email editorial@admitng.local with the article URL and the correct information. We update articles within 48 hours.
  • Story suggestions. Topics you would like us to cover. We prioritise based on candidate need and source availability.
  • Press and partnerships. Schools, JAMB-approved CBT centres, and scholarship boards wanting to share verified information for our content.
  • General questions. Practical questions about Nigerian admissions that our articles do not cover.

What we cannot help with

  • Direct admission help. We cannot influence JAMB, schools, or scholarship boards on behalf of individual candidates. Our role is to inform; admission decisions are made by JAMB and the schools.
  • Scholarship guarantees. No legitimate party can guarantee scholarship awards. Beware of anyone making such claims.
  • JAMB password resets. Contact JAMB directly at info@jamb.gov.ng for portal access issues.
  • School clearance issues. Contact your school registry directly for clearance-specific questions.

We typically respond within 2 to 3 business days. During peak admission periods (June to October), response times may extend to 5 business days due to volume. If you have not heard back within a week, your email may have been caught in spam filters; please resend.
